Moon Palace / fishing / bull fights

We are staying at Moon Palace from Feb 7 - Feb 14. This will be our fourth time. Is everything still wonderful? Has anyone been lately? We are skipping tours this year but were wanting to go fishing and see the bull fights. Does anybody know anything I should know??
