If you're flying through a charter, it's 44 pounds for Apple/Funjet. They were letting people take up to 50, and they do weigh it, when you check in. Coming back, our suitcases were not weighed in Cancun. It was a very long hand inspection process down there too. They make you open it up and and inspect it, before you check in.

: We are going through Funjet. Never had my luggage weighed before. I think my big piece of luggage weighs that much without anything in it! 44 lbs. is not much. I guess I'll be taking another piece of luggage for shoes and stuff like that.
