Cancellation policy: 

• Just call us to cancel your tour or transfers.
  
  • Cancellations 48 hours or more before service = 100% refund
  • Cancellations between 36 and 47 hours before service = 80% refund
  • Cancellations between 24 and 35 hours before service = 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your service = no refund
  • No show = no refund

If your tour is cancelled by the tour operator you will get a full refund or be able to reschedule with no penalty. 

What if it rains? Rain does not stop tours here. If it is really windy, the port authority may close the port and boats will not go out, but if it is just cloudy or rainy then tours will still go. Call us before your tour to check if you think it may be cancelled. 

When shopping for tours and transfers online, BE SURE TO CHECK THE CANCELLATION POLICY! Many companies require full payment at time of booking and NO REFUNDS or ridiculous cancellation requirements. A reputable company will always list the cancellation policy upfront and not hidden in fine print.
