: I have purchased a property on Isla Mujeres early last year. I have

I would like to mention. I did eventually find an attorney in Cancun through the help of the posting. He tried to be helpful. The attorney that actually produced my final documents was on Isla Mujeres and associated with the realestate office I had originally dealt with. Through time negotiations and of course bribes, my paperwork was completed in a satisfactory time frame. The complete process took over three years to receive my final papers. We love our spot on the island and look forward to every moment there.
