My s.o. and I along with 3 other couples had the pleasure of visiting this resort for a week beginning on 1/14. We found the staff helpful and friendly, the food abundant and tasty and the property immaculately clean. If you're looking for a place to relax or if your main purpose for going to this area is to site see or snorkel, I would highly recommend this hotel. Please remember, you are not within walking distance to anywhere, but it is much closer to Xcaret, all the ruins and Xelha, than you would be in Cancun or Playa.
