Just returned from a one week trip from the Mayan Riviera. The Palace resort was very very nice. More than I expected. We tracveled with Vacation Express. They did everything they said they would do. We did hear some stories about Apple tours beware. The resort is very big be prepared to walk if your room is in building 4 or 5. There is a small beach, if you like to walk the beach this place is not for you. The staff and service were excellent. Their transportation was not. One day we did not get picked up. Had to get a taxi back. You are in walking distance of the Puerto Aventuras
It is a great little place make sure to go there. Take the street by the tennis courts. It is a straight walk to the port.
