VACATIONERS BEWARE

We rented Casa Del Cielo (a villa in Puerto Morelos) for a week in mid June. The 1st night, we were burglarized, thieves entered the house while my family and I slept. Took all our $$, travel docs, credit cards, etc… Ironically, we chose this place because the owner’s advertisement claimed there was security on the premises. What a joke!

Yeah, right, security. Wasn’t around that night…. The property manager then tells us it was OUR fault (said we left a door unlocked-NONSENSE.) Owners less than interested, and the Police were even less help.

If you choose to vacation in this area, you may wish to think again. However, if you do rent this villa, you and the others in your party can take turns standing guard at night…….
