Just got back from the best 8 day vacation in a long time. This place is wonderful, that is if you know where to avoid, and what places to have dinner. If you're here for a relaxing time, the spa side is for you, but remember to get a chair at the pool, towel on chair before breakfast, a lot of people are there with 8 other friends and the chairs go fast. As far as dinner is concerned Mundaca, the best for steak and salmon. The worst The ventana, cold pasta, and tough meat. Breakfast is buffet in all the rest. and the food is terrific the first 5 days after that you don't even want all that food, my husband ate Zucaritas (frosted flakes) the last morning. Room service wonderful for breakfast and dinner. The room itself lovely, beds aren't as bad as previously reported. Two person jacuzzi, a little wine, what more could you ask for. All adult so no loud kids, if you don't include the folks that think talking loudly about thier money and jobs. The grounds are constantly being groomed, and the staff couldn't have been sweeter. Didn't get roped in by any timeshare sales, that was a plus in my book. The spa shouldn't be missed, just go and have a facial. Great stuff. Well I better unpack and try to keep this great tan.
