A deposit is required to reserve a tour; you pay the remaining balance the day of the Tour. Use the tour cost tool to calculate what's due the day of your tour.
To reserve a tour at discounted group prices, enter your hotel name,
tour date, and departure time (see note for available departure times)
and click "Add to cart". Choose the correct number of adults. After you've
entered the correct number of adults, don't forget to add children. Xcaret now determines entrance
by height (40" - 55" tall is a child, under 40" tall is free). Please enter the number
of children under 40" you'll have in your group
(you'll have the option to fill out a note at the end of checkout) so we can
reserve space for them.

THE FINE PRINT: You will receive an E-Voucher with a Confirmation Number within 24 hours of your Tour pre-payment. Also included will be Customer Service numbers. Initial Deposit of your pre-payment is fully refundable if you cancel, and are unable to reschedule, your Tour, IF you cancel by Noon the day prior to your Tour. Your E-Voucher is your proof of purchase and must be given to your Tour Director along with the remaining balance due the day of your Tour.
