On November 25th we visited Chichen Itza on an organized tour booked through your website. We just want to thank you for the professionalism of your employees: from the customer service reps, to the driver, to the tour guide. We're especially pleased with the extensive and thorough lecture we're given by our tour guide Thomas. He was presenting interesting facts about the Mayan culture on the bus, at the archeological site and at every opportunity he would've had during that day. Thank you so much! We had a WONDERFUL time at Chichen Itza! It was breath taking, it brought tears to my eyes. Our tour guide was awesome and gave a really informative tour. My mom and step-dad were amazed at the things the Maya could do. It was a sobering history, and I wish we could have seen it before the Spanish destroyed a lot of it. I bet it would have been so astonishing and amazing. Tell everyone that it's a very worthwhile trip, whether or not they have any prior knowledge of the Mayans. Selvatica and Snorkel Adventure

The day turned out to be amazing!! We had a wonderful snorkel in Puerto Morales and then it was off to Selvatica for the zip line. It was all coordinated perfectly and all the drivers seemed to know to expect us and take us to the right place on time.

Fernando picked us up at the airport and became our personal/private driver for the week to the various tours and activities. He (and his brother on the last morning back to the airport) were helpful, interesting, professional, and very attentive to our every need. Pirate Assault - Caribbean Funday - Caribbean Carnival Night Cruises

Just wanted to write and let you know that my husband and I had a wonderful time in Cancun and wished we were still there! We took all three cruises and our favorite hands down was the Pirate Adventure - thankfully it was the first one we took. The second one was good, but not nearly as much fun as the Pirate Adventure. The crew was so talented and what was really great is they impressed my husband - a tough cookie to impress. If you send comments back to them, please let them know that as a travel agent I will definitely recommend the Pirate Adventure to my clients. The Caribbean Fun Day was good, breakfast was nothing to write home about, and lunch a bit heavy for the weather but good. When we come back, I'll definitely be purchasing from you. Muchas gracias!! Xcaret Private & Chichen Itza Private Tours

I would like to send you a testimonial about our trip because it was amazing!

Xcaret - This was our first trip with the company and we were more than pleased. Yes the private trips are a little more expensive than the bus tours but you get your own driver that gets you to the park quicker than all the busses. We got to spend as much time there as we wanted and let him know what time to pick us up. He was knowledgeable and friendly so much so that we asked to have him on our 2nd tour planned two days later.

Chichen Itza, Ek Balm and Il Kil - This was our 2nd trip with the company and we got our driver Jose Ruiz again. We were so excited because he was fun, kind and knowledgeable about the area. The trip again was much better than a bus tour because we went at our own pace, again we beat all the busses to the three areas. I remember hearing one person at the Cenote saying they didn't have time to swim because their bus was leaving after only 30 minutes. We were able to spend a lot of time there without worry of being left behind.

We never do tours because we don't like people deciding how much time we have and when we need to move on to the next location so I was very excited to see your private tours. After taking two of them I will be using your company exclusively on our future Mexico trips.

Our transfers were also purchased through your company and our flight was late, I called customer service and they switched it over for the that afternoon so that our driver could be there two hours later. Also, our flight home was leaving a little early so I called to cancel our return trip to the airport because we only had 45 minutes until we needed to leave the hotel. The woman got me a new driver to come even on this short notice. Amazing customer service with the office and the drivers!

Fishing

Back from another wonderful trip to Cancun. Thanks so much for the "on time" and reliable transportation. The weather turned out perfect as usual even though the forecast called for rain every day. We didn't see one rain drop. We really enjoyed the fishing trip and the Zip line/Segway tour at the new Holkan adventure park. They are still in the process of developing the park and it's activities. They have moved the horses and ATV's from Rancho Lo Bonito to the new Holkan park. They said the ranch had closed.
