Our cancellation policy is simple:

• Call us by 2PM the day before your tour for a 100% refund of your deposit.
• After 2PM on the day before your tour we still may be able to cancel/refund you, but you are taking a risk. We will try, so please do call even after 2PM.

Our Customer Service phone number in Cancun is 914-0290. Staff is available from 7AM to 8PM daily. The number is on all confirmation emails you receive. If you have any trouble dialing this number, ask the concierge or front desk staff to assist you.

If your tour is cancelled by the tour operator you will get a full refund or be able to reschedule with no penalty.

Booking Agents are Members of the American Society of Travel Agents and are English speaking.

Good Faith: You can really help us by calling to cancel the day before. It is frustrating when people don't phone and we have dispatched our driver or need to explain to the tour company that you didn't take the 30 seconds to phone.

With almost all other companies you have to paid the full amount up front. If you do not see a Cancellation Policy, ask before you buy.

THE FINE PRINT: You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of booking. It will list our Customer Service phone numbers. Your E-Voucher is your proof of purchase and must be given to your Tour Director along with the remaining balance due the day of your Tour.
