We offer 2 types of Chichen-Itza, Mexico tours:
Private tours! We are the only company offering as many
options for your family to enjoy a day in the Mayan world.
Our private tours will save you about 3 hrs of extra time being spent on the
bus. Also, if you have heard about something that you want to see just ask us. We will
be happy to arrange it for you.
A deposit of $20 per Adult is required to
reserve any of these tours; you pay the remaining balance the day of the
Tour. The price per person drops
when there are more people in your group. That's because we have a fixed
cost to pay all the tolls, driver, etc. Please note, there are 10 people
max per vehicle, regardless of ages.
To reserve a tour at group prices, please choose the tour you want, and select the
appropriate order form below. Enter all requested information
(make sure to read info on suggested departure times under the tour
names below carefully).
Choose the correct number of adults and children, then click Next.
Kids ages 5-11 are free or $12 depending on the tour; children 4 and
under are free. Please enter the number of children you'll have in your
group, even if they are free, so we can reserve space for them on the
tour.

This was our first trip with the company and we were more than pleased.
Yes the private trips are a little more expensive than the bus tours but
you get your own driver that gets you to the park quicker than all the
busses. We got to spend as much time there as we wanted and let him know
what time to pick us up. He was knowledgeable and friendly so much so that
we asked to have him on our 2nd tour planned two days later.
Chichen Itza, Ek Balm and Il Kil -
This was our 2nd trip with the company and we got our driver Jose Ruiz
again. We were so excited because he was fun, kind and knowledgeable about
the area. The trip again was much better than a bus tour because we went
at our own pace, again we beat all the busses to the three areas. I
remember hearing one person at the Cenote saying they didn't have time to
swim because their bus was leaving after only 30 minutes. We were able to
spend a lot of time there without worry of being left behind.
We never do tours because we don't like people deciding how much time we
have and when we need to move on to the next location so I was very
excited to see your private tours. After taking two of them I will be
using your company exclusively on our future Mexico trips.
Our transfers were also purchased through your company and our flight was
late, I called customer service and they switched it over for the that
afternoon so that our driver could be there two hours later. Also, our
flight home was leaving a little early so I called to cancel our return
trip to the airport because we only had 45 minutes until we needed to
leave the hotel. The woman got me a new driver to come even on this short
notice. Amazing customer service with the office and the drivers!

This tour takes your group directly from your hotel to Chichen
Itza. Depart before by 9 am and arrive before all the tour buses . It
will easily save you 3 hours and you will see more. We suggest for a day
tour you depart between 7-10 am . If you want to take in the night show
at Chichen Itza then depart Cancun at noon and leave Chichen Itza at
8:30pm. The trip each way takes about 2-1/2 hours.

- ITINERARY: It is a 2 ½ hour ride there. I suggest a 7 – 10 am departure (tour buses arrive around 12 noon and for me I would leave early at 7 or 8). Stay there for 2.5 – 3 hrs. Walk in the town, buy a few gifts, have lunch at the Mayaland hotel or in the town of Chichen-Itza, head back to Cancun early or go to Valladolid to see a small town. It is a great place to take a few photos in the park. It is up to you! (You get the vehicle for the length of your tour.)
- OPTION: If you want to see the light & sound show that starts at 7 pm you must depart at 11am or 12 noon. This gives you almost 3 hrs in the ruins. You can enjoy dinner and/or drinks at the Mayaland hotel or walk around the town. Return for the 7 pm show, head back around 8:30pm and arrive into Cancun at 11 pm.

This tour generally departs Cancun at 8 am. We go directly
to Chichen Itza then to Ik Kil for a swim (fantastic "open to the sky,
blue cenote" swim hole) and a buffet lunch.

- ITINERARY: I suggest a 7 am departure (no later
than 8am ) to arrive at Chichen-Itza at 9:30 before the crowds and heat. Stay
there for 2.5 hrs then go to Ik Kil which is minutes away. Jump into the
cenote and swim, enjoy the gardens and afterwards sit down and enjoy the buffet. Depart
for Ek Balam around 1:30pm and arrive at 2:45pm . Guided tour takes about
1 hr including climbing the ruins. Take a few photos and depart around 4:15pm
and arrive into Cancun around 6:00pm. You can easily do this tour faster
and return around 5pm if you like.

We have the most lenient Cancellation Policy of anyone selling tours from Cancun.
Just call by 4pm the day before your tour to cancel, or reschedule, and your deposit
