"Our group of 4 liked everything about the airport shuttle and XPLOR excursion we booked through CARM. We would DEFINITELY recommend your company and will use you again when in your area. I would have used your service again if you had a shuttle choice (only shuttle) on your website to Gran Puerto (Puerto Juarez) Isla Mujeres Ferry. We only wanted to go from our hotel to the Isla Mujeres ferry, then take ferry to the Island and rent a Motor Scooter or Golf Cart to go to a beach or restaurants and tour the island. I could not find this choice on your website so we took a taxi to Puerto Juarez."

Just wanted to let you know this. First the driver that came to pick us up was ever so helpful!
We had told him that we needed to pay him but he said the office said that it was already on our credit card, so we just tipped him. Honestly
we thought maybe we had given a credit card, couldn't remember. We were going to call the office and confirm the next day however there was a mix up in our
accommodations and there was no phone or Internet. This is the first moment we have had to have contact with you.
The driver arrived the next day at the house we are staying as I was trying to get the water on...yep no water.
When thing work they work, when they don't they really don't,lol.
I payed him in pesos since we had already given our US dollars away for something else. We gave him 780 pesos since he said the exchange
was 12 to 1.
I apologize for the confusion but just wanted you to know we had tried to pay that night but your driver would not accept because he said it was paid for. I guess that is a testament to his honesty! Thank you for your services and I will not hesitate to recommend or use your service again...it really was the easiest part of coming here."

"We booked with CARM for our round-trip airport transfers after researching many options. The price was the best I could find and we would have a private ride, not shared. When we arrived we walked out to the car/van departure area, found the USA sign and waited approx. 10 mins for our ride. The driver even gave us a mini tour of the town near where our resort was before he dropped us off. When it was time to return we had already pre-arranged the pickup time and did not need to reconfirm unlike most of the other companies. The driver was there a few minutes prior to 9a and off we went! What a nice treat not to have to worry about that aspect of the trip and I thank CARM for taking such good care of us!!"

"We just returned from Mexico. We have been to the area ten times in the past twelve years. Thanks to you and your driver (sorry I didn't get his name) it was one of the best. We felt welcome when we arrived to be greeted with my name on a sign. The driver was warm and enjoyable pointing out the sites both to and from the ferry.His driving was comfortable, unlike many of the "Indy" drivers we have had in the past. We will be making more trips to Mexico and will be in touch with you for arrangements. If you also arrange other services we would like to know about fishing and maybe a trip to Holbox.
