TRANSPORTATION CANCELLATION POLICY
***EXCEPTIONS: Full refunds & Partial refunds are not available for cancellation of travel plans for reasons such as, but not limited to, weather/climate conditions such as hurricanes, earthquakes, pandemics, any reasons related to COVID-19: new variants, unexpected positive covid tests, travel bans/travel advisories, etc. Or by acts of government (war, civil disturbances, strikes, etc.) In the case of these events, you will be issued a FULL CREDIT with no expiration date. Your credit may be used for future travel: It can be applied to any services or tours, to any locations that we offer, and is fully transferable to friends and family. No Shows for arrivals or departures are not eligible for refunds or credits. A No Show service means you have not called/emailed to cancel or change your pick up time and our driver has arrived to pick you up and no one is there. Please note for HOTEL TO HOTEL & DEPARTURE PICKUPS (hotel or ferry pick ups to bring you TO the airport): Our pick up times are confirmed & exact. If you are not waiting in your location at your pick up time, the driver can only wait a maximum of 15 minutes. After 15 minutes he will leave, and this will be considered a No Show service, and not eligible for refund or credit.
